Andrew Dibble

Managing Partner / CEO

Andrew Dibble is the Managing Partner, and Chief Executive Officer of Generations Law Firm. His practice is focused on estate planning, wealth preservation, and legacy planning for individuals and families, with an emphasis on creating plans that function effectively in the real world.

Before becoming an attorney, Andrew spent more than 15 years working in the real estate industry as a licensed real estate agent, general contractor, and investor. That background gives him a practical understanding of how wealth is actually built, held, and transferred, particularly when it involves real estate, closely held businesses, and complex assets. This experience informs his estate planning practice and allows him to anticipate issues that are often overlooked in traditional planning.

Clients value Andrew’s clear communication, pragmatic approach, and commitment to creating estate plans that are durable, adaptable, and aligned with their long-term goals.

Austin Line

Chief Operating Officer

Austin joined Generations Law Firm in 2014 as a Client Service Representative and rapidly advanced to Project Manager through demonstrated operational leadership and a commitment to excellence. He now serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and supporting estate planning attorneys across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, and Iowa.

As COO, Austin is responsible for operational strategy, workflow optimization, and cross-jurisdictional coordination to ensure consistency and efficiency across all offices. He oversees the full lifecycle of each estate planning engagement—from initial client intake through drafting, execution, and final document delivery—ensuring that every matter progresses with precision, accountability, and timeliness.

Austin is committed to building systems that prioritize quality, transparency, and proactive communication. He believes that a structured, client-centered operational framework is essential to delivering a superior estate planning experience.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Austin enjoys traveling, golfing, and exploring new restaurants.

Chris Anderson

Chief Philanthropy Officer

Chris Anderson is Chief Philanthropy Officer of Generations Law Firm. Chris and his wife Ann live in Maple Grove, MN. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Chris enjoys spending time at the family cabin in Walker MN, along with hiking on the north shore of Minnesota and traveling to Jamaica for an occasional warm get away.

Chris has a long history of leadership positions in financial services, management consulting, estate planning and charitable giving. As a regular speaker and lecturer, Chris has a particular passion for serving one family at a time mobilizing estate planning and consulting in charitable giving. His time is often spent with non-profit leadership, boards, members of churches, higher net worth donors to non-profits, business owners and families who have a desire to grow their own assets while also helping those organizations they love.

Brenda Schulze

Chief Financial Officer

Brenda Schulze serves as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources for Generations Law Firm. She oversees the firm’s financial operations, strategic planning, and people initiatives, helping support sustainable growth while maintaining a strong, client-focused culture.

With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, and organizational leadership, Brenda has worked across a variety of industries, including professional services, consumer products, technology, education, retail, and nonprofit organizations. She has held leadership roles ranging from Controller to CFO and is known for building strong teams, improving processes, and helping organizations make informed, data-driven decisions.

She is known for her integrity, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to finding solutions that create value for both the organization and the people it serves. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, hiking, biking, gardening, discovering new restaurants, and listening to audiobooks while multitasking her way through life.

She also enjoys live music and is happily entertained by the daily antics of her cat, Olivia, who seems convinced she is the true head of household.

Yury Suponitsky is an attorney at Generations Law Firm specializing in litigation and real estate law. With a profound commitment to excellence and innovation in the legal field, Yury brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice.

After graduating Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline College of Law in 2014, Yury embarked on his legal career with a deep-rooted passion for justice and helping others. Following law school, Yury honed his legal skills as an Assistant County Attorney with the Ramsey County Human Services Division. Driven to make a more direct impact on individuals' lives, Yury transitioned to private practice, focusing on Social Security Disability Law. Over the course of six years, he represented clients in more than a thousand hearings nationwide, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to advocating for those in need.

In 2021, Yury embarked on a new chapter in his career, pursuing his passion for litigation, business, and real estate law. Yury remains committed to the core principle that the best way to help his clients is through consistent communication and top-tier customer service.

Jake Petersen

Attorney

Jake Petersen focuses on probate, trust, and real estate litigation. He employs thoughtful advocacy and a strategic approach to guiding clients through complex legal matters with clarity and compassion. Jake graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2020 before serving as a law clerk for the Hennepin County Probate Court. During his time with the court, he developed an understanding of Minnesota’s probate system and gained valuable insight into the legal and personal challenges families often face during times of transition and grief.

Following his clerkship, Jake entered private practice, representing clients in probate, trust, and real estate disputes. His experience both in court and advising clients allows him to provide practical, results-driven counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. At Generations Law Firm, Jake is passionate about helping individuals and families resolve disputes, protect their interests, and achieve meaningful closure in matters involving the loss of loved ones, estate administration, and real estate ownership and use.

Anthony Wilson 

Attorney

Anthony Wilson is an estate planning attorney at Generations Law Firm. With a background in law, business, and nonprofit leadership, he is committed to helping people solve complex problems. He works directly with individuals and families to understand their objectives and develop tailored estate planning strategies to accomplish their goals.

Anthony earned a BBA from Clearwater Christian College and both a JD and MBA from Stetson University. His experience includes serving as a prosecutor, personal injury attorney, college administrator, and financial services professional. He also operated a solo practice advising families and business owners on estate and business planning. Anthony is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Florida.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and four children—fishing, playing and watching sports, and playing board games. He is active in his church, serves on nonprofit boards, and coaches high school basketball.

Barbara Heen

Before practicing law, Barbara worked extensively in the financial services industry, advising individuals and families on long-term planning and financial decision-making. That experience informs her legal work and provides valuable insight into the challenges clients face when planning for the future, particularly when coordinating personal, business, and retirement goals.

Clients value Barbara’s thoughtful approach and attention to detail. She is committed to developing customized plans that are practical, adaptable, and aligned with each client’s values and long-term objectives.

Cyrus Kashef

Attorney (Of-Counsel)

Cyrus Kashef joined the Firm as Of Counsel in 2026. He brings more than 31 years of experience to the intersection of business law, tax strategy, and estate planning. Cyrus has experience as a Partner at a corporate tax boutique firm in Michigan, General Counsel for a company that was purchased by a Fortune 500 company and currently as an Estate Planning and Business attorney. Licensed in both Michigan and Minnesota, Cyrus has built his career helping individuals and business owners cut through legal complexity to protect what matters most — their families, their assets, and their legacy.

Cyrus earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law before completing a Master of Laws in Taxation at Boston University School of Law. This deep foundation in tax law gives his clients a distinct advantage when structuring plans that are both legally sound and tax-efficient.

His approach is straightforward: listen carefully, understand your concerns and intentions, and deliver a clear plan of action that safeguards your interests. No jargon. No unnecessary complications. Just thoughtful counsel built around your goals.

Away from the office, Cyrus and his wife have built a full and vibrant life together — they have blended their families, with seven adult children, three with special needs, on five acres in Lakeville complete with chickens, bees, and gardens. When he's not with family, you'll find him trail running at Ritter Farms, hiking the national parks (Yellowstone is a favorite), or lost in a good mystery or spy novel.

Jeff Litfin

CEP® / Marketing Director

As a Certified Estate Planner, Jeff works side by side with our attorneys and any outside counsel to provide each client with professional and comprehensive solutions. As our face to the client, Jeff utilizes his 30 years of public speaking, corporate communications, and business management experience to make the estate project process seamless. Jeff conducts all GLF estate planning workshops and takes the lead role in client engagement. Clients appreciate Jeff’s ability to take complex legal topics and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner. No one helps families and individuals navigate the Bermuda Triangle of estate planning (legal, finance and tax) better than Jeff.

Beyond client engagement, Jeff is also responsible for new channel development and all marketing and promotional efforts related to our educational workshops. In addition to his CEP® certification, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from North Central University and a Minnesota Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.

Katie Copic

Operations Manager

With extensive experience in customer service management and executive administration, Katie has developed a strong ability to create exceptional experiences for clients. Known for delivering “red carpet” service, she ensures that every client feels warm, welcomed, and truly valued. Building meaningful, lasting relationships is at the heart of her professional approach.

Outside of her career, Katie is a proud mother of three and a grandmother of four. She cherishes spending time with her family and takes great joy in hosting annual events where friends and loved ones can gather to create lasting memories. A passionate dog lover, she shares her home with three dogs, who bring her immense happiness. In addition, she enjoys the natural beauty of the North Shore and the peaceful retreat of her cabin in Wisconsin, where she enjoys relaxing and making new memories.

Whether in her professional life or personal pursuits, Katie is committed to fostering connection, warmth, and unforgettable experiences for those around her.

Mary Nelson

Bringing over 30 years of expertise in leadership, management, and service, Mary is a dedicated member of the Generations team. Mary enjoys assisting families in their estate planning, offering a deeper opportunity to ensure that every detail of your legacy is handled with the respect and attention it deserves.

Mary’s professional journey spans roles such as Regional Manager for a Fortune 500 company in outdoor landscaping products and National Sales Manager in a Hardlines Electrical industry, and local Manufacturer’s Representative. Mary has earned accolades including a prestigious Presidents Award, Salesman of the Year, and recognition for Excellence, celebrating her professionalism, innovation, and creativity.

Her background also includes several impactful years in ministry as a Kids Ministry Coordinator, Volunteer Specialist, and Administrative Assistant. Mary’s devotion to service excellence is evident in her track record as a consistent, adaptable, and progress-driven problem solver.

Beyond her professional life, Mary finds immense joy in her family, celebrating her four incredible children and their growing families. A Minnesota native, she cherishes time spent cheering for the Minnesota Twins and Vikings, following professional tennis, enjoying long walks, reading, and building lasting memories with loved ones.

Marisa Line

Customer Service Manager

Marisa joined Generations Law Firm in 2023 having over 15 years experience in customer service.  Her job is to coordinate meetings with clients after they have attended one of our workshops. Driven by a passion for organization and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, she is honored to play a role in helping individuals and families secure their legacies and protect their assets for future generations. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, and trying new restaurants.

Jillian Benson

Paralegal

With 10 years of experience in paralegal work and client services, Jillian brings a strong commitment to organization, communication, and client care to the firm's estate planning practice. Having previously worked as an immigration paralegal, Jillian is using her decade of legal support experience with a client-focused approach to assist clients through their estate planning journey.

Outside of work, Jillian stays busy as mom of two young boys. She loves cooking for friends and family and can often be found in the kitchen trying new recipes. She finds a lot of joy in gardening and growing food in her backyard that feeds her family. She also delights in hiking, reading, swimming, and spending time with loved ones.

Molly Cameron

Paralegal

Molly Cameron has been working in the legal field since 2013 and has built a diverse background in immigration law, trial litigation, and real estate/civil litigation. As a Property Law and Litigation Paralegal, she works closely with attorneys and clients throughout every stage of the litigation process, providing strategic support and ensuring matters move efficiently from inception through resolution.

Her practice focuses on a wide range of real estate and civil litigation matters, including mortgage foreclosures, proceedings subsequent, eviction proceedings, landlord-tenant matters, and other complex property disputes. Molly is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage challenging cases while providing exceptional support to both attorneys and clients.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with her family. Whether she's at the cabin fishing, side-by-side riding, hiking, or boating, she loves making the most of Minnesota's beautiful outdoors. She also has a passion for travel and is always eager to discover new destinations, cultures, and local restaurants. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she's never one to pass up the chance to try a great new meal.

Venessa Rockwell

Administrative Assistant

Venessa Rockwell serves as an Administrative Assistant at Generations Law Firm and is often the first welcoming presence clients encounter. Known for her warm, empathetic nature, she takes pride in creating a supportive and reassuring environment from the very first interaction.

With more than a decade of experience in administrative and client-focused roles, Venessa brings a thoughtful balance of organization, communication, and attentive service to her work. She oversees scheduling, client communications, and front office operations, while also supporting the legal team through document organization, data management, and workshop preparation. Her keen attention to detail and dedication to excellence help ensure each client’s experience is seamless and positive.

Outside of the office, Venessa is deeply engaged in the arts and her community. She performs as one half of the acoustic duo Thyme & Stardust and also sings with the VocalEssence Choir and imPulse Choir. In her personal time, she enjoys being a devoted cat mom and cherishes meaningful moments with family and friends.
